If it does not occur, please execute the following actions:

1. Make sure that you have Microsoft Internet Explorer and Outlook Express 5.0 or higher.
2. Make sure the option "Enable third-party browser extensions" in "Advanced" in the Windows "Internet Options" is checked.
3. Select the IE menu item "View->Toolbars" and check "IE Quick Saver".
